1. About Us
CUBE GOLF LTD. provides golf travel planning and tour services in Scotland and the UK, including golf course bookings, accommodation, transportation and sightseeing arrangements.
Our services are provided according to the itinerary and arrangements agreed with each customer.
2. Booking and Payment
To secure a golf tour package, a 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable, subject to any statutory rights that may apply.
The remaining 60% balance must be paid no later than 16 weeks before the scheduled arrival date.
For bookings made within 16 weeks of the scheduled arrival date, the full balance is payable at the time of booking.
A booking is confirmed once CUBE GOLF LTD. has confirmed the booking and the required payment has been received.
Prices and payment arrangements will be confirmed to the customer at the time of booking.
3. Golf Course Bookings
Golf tee times are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant golf club or golf course.
Where a requested golf course or tee time is unavailable, CUBE GOLF LTD. may offer an alternative course or tee time for the customer's consideration.
Golf course bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant golf course.
4. Accommodation and Transportation
Where included in the agreed itinerary, accommodation and transportation will be arranged according to the booking confirmation.
Specific hotels, vehicles or transportation arrangements are subject to availability. Where necessary, a reasonable alternative of a similar standard may be offered.
5. Changes and Cancellation
Any changes or cancellations requested by the customer may be subject to charges imposed by golf courses, hotels, transportation providers or other suppliers.
The 40% deposit is non-refundable, subject to any statutory rights that may apply.
Customers should contact CUBE GOLF LTD. as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel their booking.
For package travel arrangements, applicable UK consumer protection and package travel laws will apply.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for their booking, including names, travel dates and any other information reasonably required to arrange the services.
Customers are responsible for holding valid travel documents, visas where required, appropriate travel insurance and any other documents required for their journey.
Golfers must comply with the rules and policies of each golf course and other service provider.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that customers arrange appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings and other relevant travel risks.
8. Our Responsibility
CUBE GOLF LTD. will provide the services with reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, transport disruption, government restrictions or actions of third-party suppliers, subject to the customer's statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Complaints
If a customer has any concern about their booking or the services provided, they should contact CUBE GOLF LTD. as soon as possible so that we can try to resolve the matter promptly.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this website is accurate and up to date.
However, golf course availability, accommodation, prices and travel arrangements may change.
Website information does not constitute a confirmed booking unless expressly confirmed by CUBE GOLF LTD.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any mandatory rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection law.
